Has my account number changed?
Yes. Your account number is now 8-digits in length. Determine your account number by clicking here.
Will my checks still be good?
Your West Coast FCU checks will be good through July 31, 2017. Please contact one of our offices to order your free box of replacement checks.
I have automatic withdrawals (ACHs) and direct deposits set up on my account.
Do I need to make any updates with these companies?
You do not need to make any changes to existing direct deposits or automatic withdrawals from your account. However, for direct deposits or automatic withdrawals set up after February 1, 2017, you should provide the company with your new routing number (263182969) and 8-digit account number.
Online Banking & Electronic Statements
How do I access St. Joseph's Hospital Federal Credit Union Online Banking for the first time?
Click "Sign Up for Online Banking" on the left side of the page. You will then be guided through the enrollment process. You can also download enrollment instructions here.
Can I use my West Coast FCU Logon ID and Security Code?
When you complete the re-enrollment process, you will choose a new Logon ID and Security Code. The parameters for the Logon ID and Security Code are detailed during the enrollment process. If your current Logon ID falls within the parameters and is not already in use by another member, you may use it. If your current Security Code falls within the parameters, you may use it as well.
I have been receiving e-statements for my account. Will those continue after February 2, 2017?
You will receive paper statements in the mail beginning February 2017 until you re-enroll in Online Banking and opt-in to receive e-statements. There is a $5 monthly fee to receive paper statements. Sign up for e-statements to avoid this fee. Click here to learn how to opt-in for e-statements.
How do I begin using Online Bill Pay?
Has my previous Bill Pay information transferred over?
No. You will need to re-enter payee information and schedule payments once you have enrolled in Bill Pay.
What if I scheduled a payment on the West Coast FCU Bill Pay system and I have not re-enrolled in Online Banking on the St. Joseph's Hospital Federal Credit Union website?
Payments scheduled after January 31, 2017 will not be processed through the West Coast FCU Bill Pay system. Please re-enroll in Online Banking and Bill Pay and you will be able to use the system immediately. Re-enter the payee information and begin scheduling your payments.
I have not received a new St. Joseph's Hospital FCU debit card. What do I need to do?
New cards were issued mid-January to all West Coast FCU cardholders. It is best to double check your mail as your new card will arrive in a very plain white envelope. If you have not received your new card, please contact us at 813-870-4360.
Why am I unable to activate my new card?
When you call to activate your card, you must call from the home/cell phone number that is on file with the credit union. Your card will not activate if you call from your work number or another phone number that is not on file. This is the most common reason members are unable to activate their card. If necessary, update your contact information with the credit union today. If you are still having trouble activating your card, please contact us at 813-870-4360.
Do I have to contact merchants that process recurring transactions using my debit card?
Yes. If you have set up automatic or recurring debit card transactions, you must provide the merchants with the new card information in order to avoid denials or other transaction delays.
Why is there a small chip in my new debit card?
The tiny chip is an additional security feature that protects your accounts from fraud by creating a one-time use code for each chip transaction. This code is virtually impossible to counterfeit, therefore, reducing fraud. Click here to learn more about chip cards.
Does St. Joseph's Hospital FCU offer points for my debit card purchases?
Yes. Register your card for uChoose Rewards® and you will earn 1 point for every $2 you spend when you select "credit" and sign for your purchases. Plus, you earn additional points for shopping at participating retailers, whether in-store at national and local retailers or online through uChooseRewards.com.
Will I receive a new St. Joseph's Hospital FCU credit card?
Yes. Credit cardholders will receive replacement cards in July 2017. Continue to use your current credit card until you receive your replacement.
I cannot see my credit card account when I log in to online banking.
How do I access my account?
To manage your credit card account, visit www.ezcardinfo.com
How do I make a credit card payment?
There are three ways to pay your West Coast Federal Credit Union Visa credit card.
- You may log on to www.ezcardinfo.com.
- You may call VISA at 1-800-338-0566. Select option 4. Please be aware that VISA charges a $5 fee for this option.
- You may make your payment over the counter at any St. Joseph's Hospital FCU location. Note: Payments cannot be made at shared branching locations.
